I just wanted to say how great it is to have a site like this that is dedicated to traditional Appalachian dulcimore and preserving the old time noter style of play.
It’s also great to have such knowledgeable folks who participate and are willing to help with playing techniques, building, or whatever.
Thank you, everyone!

I agree. I've learned a lot from folks on this site, the friendly support is motivating and I really appreciate it. Thanks to all, and to Bobby and anyone who helped him for getting it going.

We all make the site what it is and I'm thankful for all of you for your help. I was a little hesitant when Dan and I first started the site because I've owned and moderated several sites in the past and I have to say this is the most care free site I've been a part of. I appreciate each and every one of you because we all play a part and I'm especially thankful to Dan as the co-owner of the site and his vision for what the site should be being the same or similar to mine and to Kevin for his help being a moderator. Much appreciated!

And don't forget the wackiness/goofy elements that some bring to the table. If I don't see enough wackiness happening, I take it upon myself, as a solemn trust, to re-wackify things, if you will. But the dulcimore stuff is COOOL, too. And now it seems that our Kevin bears watching...

Thanksgiving reminds us to be thankful for all things-- including this wonderful group of people who share the love of traditional dulcimore history, playing and building. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks to all.
