It is with a sad heart that I share the news that Gary Sager died this afternoon. Some may remember Gary as the proprietor of Prussia Valley dulcimers and his music store as well. Gary has been in ill health for some time. My sympathy goes out to his wife Toni and the rest of Gary's family. He always was ready with helpful advice whether it was on the subject of building dulcimers or playing them. I met Gary and Dave Lynch at the same time at a festival in Ohio. It is strange to receive notice of their deaths within about a week. Rest in peace Gary.

Amen Ken, may they both rest in peace and their families be comforted.

Gary's wife, Toni, has passed away as the result of a fall at home. Please, say a prayer for comfort for the Sager family.

Thanks, Hemlock, for posting this. I was just about to do so. Toni was with Gary at many festivals (all or most?) and played the autoharp. She was a delightful person and will be missed by many The Savers, Gary and Toni, have a left a big hole in the dulcimer community. My condolences go out to their family and friends.
