This was something I became acquainted with when I met and married Karen who grew up in a hollow in the hills of West Virginia. Here in north Alabama I had to get use to the phrase "I carried him to xxx" for "I took (or drove) him to xxx"
There is a long and a short version below. I actually liked the short version best but the long one is interesting if you have the time.
I think I have seen one of these (or one similar to it) before. I like si-gogglin. My dogwood dulcimer is si-gogglin. When I moved to Tennessee in 1997 I had to learn that "don't care to" as a response to a question requiring a yes/no answer meant yes in these parts. It might mean something else a fer piece down the road.
